How Mid Sussex Conseratives works:
Mid Sussex
The Mid Sussex Conservative Association covers the Mid Sussex Parliamentary Constituency situated in the Mid Sussex District Council and the West Sussex County Council. Comprising 15 of the District Council Wards and 9 County Council Divisions. Local Government Reorganisation will soon change this and Mid Sussex will form part of a new unitary authority.
Branches
The Association has a number of branches which support the running of the Association and carry out its work in local areas. These are Haywards Heath, Lindfield, Cuckfield & Ansty, Burgess Hill, Hassocks Hurstpierpoint & Downland Villages.
Officers & Executive Council
The Officers of the Association are elected annually at the Association's Annual General Meeting, all paid up members of three months or more can attend and vote at the AGM
The Officers are responsible for managing the Association on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Executive Council.
The Executive Council is made up of representatives from each Ward and Branch of the Association alongside other stakeholders and is the governing body of the Association.
Campaigning
Both during and between election campaigns we collect and analyse views on local issues to help get Conservatives elected.
We organise regular canvassing sessions, survey deliveries and campaign days in which we rely on the support of supporters from all Wards. Can you help?

Fundraising
We hold a variety of political and social events throughout the year which are open to members and non-members alike.
These draw high-profile guest speakers and provide a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and help us to raise the funds we need to win elections.
We encourage all Conservative supporters who live or work in the constituency to attend our events, join our Association and become actively involved in our work.
Donations and support for elections are very welcome.
