Following the closure of The Weald Pub, Cllr Sam Smith met with James Chase, Commercial Director of Earlswood Homes, the new owner, to ask if they would donate the picnic benches to the children at Central Education Centre in Haywards Heath. TV Show, Scrap Kings, were so impressed, they filmed the occasion and, of course, the answer was YES!
