On Friday 13th December 2019 Mims Davies was duly elected as Member of Parliament for Mid Sussex.
In a statement Mims said:

- Campaign for improvements to Mid Sussex's infrastructure to relieve road and rail congestion

- Cut crime by ensuring Sussex Police receives its share of the 20,000 new police officers
- Protect and enhance the environment and tackle climate change.
