Following the sad death of Conservative Councillor John de Mierre two by-elections will be held in Haywards Heath on Thursday 19th December 2013.
- West Sussex County Council in the Haywards Heath East Division
- Mid Sussex District Council in the Franklands Ward
Both the Conservative candidates live & work in the local area. Stephen Hillier will be standing as the County Council candidate & Rod Clarke as the District Council Candidate.
