Today Sir Nicholas met with Jane and Oliver Plumb of Group B Strep Support to discuss the charity's next steps in raising awareness of this often devastating infection. The Group B Strep infection effects approximately one in every 1,000 babies born in the UK.
Afterwards commentating on the meeting Sir Nicholas said that he was "really pleased to meet Group B Strep Support to consider options for this remarkable and vital campaign".
