123 Food Waste Survey

Mid Sussex moved to the 1-2-3 collection cycle on 3 November 2025, adding weekly food waste collections.
The aim is to keep food out of black bins and recycle it, in line with national changes to food waste collections.

We are hearing mixed experiences so far. Some residents say it is working well, others have reported teething problems, including confusion over collection information and missed collections.

This 30-second survey is not for or against the scheme. It is simply a quick pulse check on how the food waste service is working on your street. Please leave a 1–10 rating and a short comment, then add your name and postcode so the Council can see this is genuine local feedback.
